About the Program

Simplified EU citizenship acquisition programs are suitable for IT specialists and founders. An EU passport grants resident rights without the need for constant visa and permit renewals, allows free movement between countries, remote or on-site work, opening bank accounts, and receiving payments into accounts with European banks. The status ensures protection of savings in a stable jurisdiction and predictable tax rules, which is relevant for those facing visa and banking restrictions.
EU citizenship grants all rights provided under European Union law, including official employment with European companies, study at technical universities, participation in grant and acceleration programs, and the purchase of real estate. For business, this status is a tool for relocation, scaling, and tax optimization with direct access to the EU single market. For the family, it is a guarantee of security and the ability to quickly change the country of residence with minimal formalities.

Rights and Opportunities with an EU Passport

Global Mobility

An EU passport provides visa-free entry to 170+ countries, including all Schengen Area states, Japan, Singapore, and the world’s key technology hubs. This simplifies participation in international conferences, business meetings, relocation to IT companies, and work on global projects without visa barriers.

Freedom of Choice

An EU citizen may live and work in any European Union country without additional permits; registration at the place of residence is sufficient. This is convenient for those seeking the optimal combination of quality of life, favorable taxes, and developed technology infrastructure.

Quality Education

An EU passport provides access to leading European universities and IT academies, as well as grants and research programs in technology, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. It enables professional development and career growth in an innovative environment.

Healthcare

Unified EU health insurance ensures treatment in Europe’s leading clinics and access to modern medical technologies. This is particularly important for specialists who work remotely or frequently change their country of residence.

Government Support

EU citizens have social guarantees, including pension payments, temporary disability benefits, and financial support for families. For IT specialists, this provides additional stability when changing contracts or launching their own project.

Employment

An EU passport allows official employment in any European country without visas or permits. Developers, designers, and engineers can cooperate directly with companies and start-ups, enter into contracts, and participate in international projects.

Business Development

EU citizenship provides access to the single European market with 450 million consumers. This is an opportunity to establish an IT company, launch a start-up, or optimize taxes while benefiting from European legislation and financial instruments.

Citizenship for Future Generations

Second citizenship is passed on to children, providing them with education, employment, and life in the EU. Obtaining it is an investment in the family’s future and stability in a dynamic technological world.

Second EU citizenship makes it possible to freely choose the best IT contracts, work with global teams, and confidently plan the family’s future.

Market and Demand

The global IT industry comprises more than 30 million specialists, yet the shortage of qualified developers, analysts, and engineers exceeds one million vacancies and continues to grow.

The European Union remains one of the largest technology hubs, where demand is constantly emerging for qualified professionals in AI, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and fintech. Under these conditions, EU citizenship provides direct access to a dynamic labor market, reduces employment barriers, and simplifies cooperation with companies and clients across the region, especially amid tighter visa regimes and tax control over cross-border payments.

Visa Free — 160+ countries

EU passport holders enjoy the right to free movement across Europe, expedited border procedures, and convenient transfers through international hubs. This simplifies on-site visits to clients, participation in conferences and meetups, data center audits, and project launches.

27 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, and others.

Visa on arrival — approximately 46 countries

ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) — approximately 8 countries

It should be noted that EU passport holders generally have an advantage over citizens of post-Soviet countries when obtaining U.S. and Canadian visas. As a benchmark, refusal rates for certain EU countries are below 3% for the United States and approximately 5% for Canada, compared with approximately 20% and 72% on average for CIS countries. For IT specialists, this provides greater flexibility in working with international companies and makes it easier to travel to the United States or Canada for projects and negotiations.

We Go Through Every Stage with You

1 stage

At the initial consultation, the client informs a Jurpass employee about their request, as well as their goals, plans and personal situation. At the same time, the applicant completes a questionnaire containing questions about their lineage. The specialist analyses the information received and develops a personalised immigration strategy, taking into account all the particular features of the case.

2 stage

At this stage, the client provides all necessary documents, including a passport, civil status certificates, bank statements, school certificates and higher education diplomas. Where necessary, Jurpass employees search for and request lost certificates of the applicant’s ancestors from archives. After translation and legalisation of the documents, the file undergoes final legal review in order to minimise the risks of refusal.

3 stage

A representative of Jurpass submits the client’s file, together with their application for citizenship, to the competent immigration department of the selected country.

4 stage

After receiving a positive decision on their application, the client receives a document confirming the grant of the new status.

5 stage

On the basis of the certificate of citizenship, Jurpass specialists arrange for the client’s passport, ID card and other documents to be issued.

My wife and I are satisfied with your work. We had long wanted to move to the EU, somewhere calmer. We decided to turn to professionals, and our acquaintances recommended Jurpass. They advised us to use my wife’s Bulgarian origin. They found all the documents, helped submit them, and prepared her for the interview. Now my wife has a passport, and we live in France. Thank you very much for your work.
