About the Programme

Simplified acquisition of Spanish citizenship is one of the most sought-after ways of legalizing status in Europe. This program is particularly attractive to entrepreneurs, IT specialists, lawyers, engineers, and medical professionals. A Spanish passport opens the door to the EU and grants the right to free movement without the need to renew visas and permits.
Spanish citizenship grants the same rights as those enjoyed by EU citizens. You may live, work, study, and acquire real estate in any member state of the Union. It is also an excellent solution for business: access to the EU market of 450 million consumers and tax planning opportunities. Permanent residence may be obtained after just 5 years, and after a further 5 years you may apply for citizenship.

We Go Through Every Stage with You

1 stage

The path to Spanish citizenship begins with an in-person or online consultation with a specialist lawyer from Jurpass. During the meeting, the applicant explains their goals and completes a questionnaire containing information about their ancestry. The specialist analyses the client’s legal position, checks compliance with the minimum requirements, develops an immigration strategy, and agrees the terms of legal support, including the timeline, stages, and cost of the service.

2 stage

The documents for submission in support of the citizenship application are prepared in strict compliance with Spanish immigration law. Jurpass lawyers ensure the legalization, translation, and notarization of all foreign documents, monitor the completeness of the dossier, and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements for filing through the Ministry of Justice of Spain.

3 stage

Jurpass lawyers assist the client at all stages of obtaining a residence permit, up to and including residential registration and obtaining a residence card (TIE), as well as renewals and transition to permanent residence.

4 stage

All documents are preliminarily reviewed by a lawyer, after which a power of attorney is prepared and sent to the client for signature. Jurpass specialists prepare the electronic application for the grant of citizenship and submit it through the official portal of the Ministry of Justice.

5 stage

After submission of the application, Jurpass specialists monitor the status of the case through the official portal and, where necessary, send requests to the bodies of the Ministry of Justice. In the event of delays or technical failures, the legal team responds promptly and acts in the client’s interests within the administrative procedure.

6 stage

Upon receipt of a positive decision, the applicant is issued a naturalization certificate — a mandatory document for obtaining an identity card and passport.

7 stage

The final stage is the issuance of the national identity card (DNI) and the passport of a Spanish citizen. Jurpass lawyers arrange the submission of applications, appointments with the competent authorities, and full support for the client until all documents confirming Spanish citizenship are obtained.

Anton Voropaev Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver

I work as a driver, and I do not have much time or experience to deal with all the paperwork and laws. It would have been difficult for me to complete naturalizations in Spain on my own. The company did everything for me — they explained which documents were required, helped with translations, and told me where to go and what to say. Everything was clear and without unnecessary bureaucracy. In the end, I obtained citizenship and am very grateful for the support and the genuinely decent human attitude.

Obtaining citizenship in Spain seemed to me a real ordeal: many documents, unclear rules, and bureaucracy. However, the team helped me go through everything simply and clearly. They supported me at every step, explained the details, and monitored the timelines. Thanks to them, the process proceeded with minimal stress. I am now officially a citizen of Spain and can calmly build my life and career here.

I work in photography and am constantly travelling, so I definitely would not have managed the Spanish citizenship process on my own. The Jurpass team took care of everything: they explained what was needed and how, checked the documents, and controlled the process themselves. As a result, I obtained a Spanish passport and can now work and travel freely. Excellent work — they genuinely helped.
